Foodstuffs South Island Limited, via PAK’nSAVE Blenheim, seeks a Night Fill Manager to lead the night shift across Dry Goods, ensuring shelves are stocked and presented to high standards. You will plan, organise, and manage rostering, training, and process improvements to maximise efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, strong SAP/Excel skills, and a proactive, safety-minded leader who builds team relationships.

Qualifications

• NZQF level 5 qualification or 3 years relevant work experience.
• Sound SAP and Excel capabilities to achieve supermarket financial KPI’s
• Proven decision-making abilities with exceptional organisational, presentation and planning skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in retail or supermarket
• Strong IT skills – confident with spreadsheets and systems
• Great attitude and an always-improving mindset
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Commitment to Health & Safety and team wellbeing

Lead our Night Fill team and keep our shelves looking their best!

PAK’nSAVE Blenheim is looking for an experienced Night Fill Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, organising, and managing the night fill operation across our Dry goods departments. Your work will ensure our shelves are consistently stocked and presented to the highest standard, helping us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
