Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator in Auckland to join our team. You will pick, pack, receipt stock, dispatch orders, and move pallets in a fast-paced retail warehouse

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with training on warehouse tech and systems. We value initiative, good communication, safety, and teamwork. MHE experience helps but is not essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, flexible and punctual.

• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Experience with warehouse technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.

• Heavy lifting up to 100+ kg with two-person lift when required.

Job description

This role works off a Tuesday to Saturday roster with hours between 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Sorting, receipting, and putting stock away
• Wrapping pallets and preparing freight for dispatch
• Dispatching customer and store orders
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Operating warehouse systems and handheld technology where required
• Performing basic administrative and inventory-related tasks
• Supporting multiple operational areas as business needs require
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workplace safety
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Assisting with stock investigations and inventory accuracy checks
• Heavy lifting of items up to 100+kg as part of a two-person lift
