Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Showcase the features and benefits of our diverse range of vehicles to potential customers.
• Conduct accompanied test drives highlighting key features & benefits
• Exceed customer satisfaction KPI and sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Passion for automobiles and a good understanding of different vehicle models and features.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Being a team member is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license.
