We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in expanding our local sales presence and representing the Stonewood Homes brand across the Marlborough and Kaikoura regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales enquiries, converting them into strong customer relationships and successful contracts.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire building process.
- Work with clients to develop design briefs and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.
- Identify and create House and Land Package opportunities in collaboration with the Director.
- Continuously seek new business prospects and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Work from our newly completed Show Home, welcoming visitors, highlighting key design features, and showcasing the craftsmanship and quality that set our homes apart.
