APM have been running a programme for New Graduates since 2017 and have drawn on years of experience to design a programme based on feedback from previous years.

APM New Graduates are welcomed into our team and supported to deliver exceptional client outcomes in both the Vocational Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation Services.

For the first 9 to 12 months, you will be working on Vocational Rehabilitation Services, delivering Stay at Work (SAWs) programmes before starting in other contracts.
