  • Track and improve KPIs for support efficiency and network reliability
  • Build internal tools like dashboards and monitors to streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Fleet teams to proactively identify and fix issues
  • Identify recurring problems and develop long-term solutions through tooling or process improvements
What success looks like
  • A well-managed, low-latency support ticket queue
  • Clear visibility into network health and incident trends
  • Improved communication KPIs over time
  • Fewer issues reaching customers due to proactive triage and flagging
You’ll thrive if you
  • Enjoy troubleshooting complex distributed systems
  • Are willing to learn coding (Athena/Presto knowledge is a bonus)
  • Can build dashboards and alerts using tools like Grafana or Metabase
  • Work well across teams, translating customer issues into technical investigations
  • Value clear documentation, streamlined triage, and continuous improvement

  • Partnered with Southern Cross Health Insurance for well-being
  • Six months paid parental leave for primary caregivers, four weeks for secondary, plus other benefits
  • Annual $1000 self-development budget
  • Wellness leave and unlimited paid annual leave
  • Inclusive remuneration package with salary, benefits, and stock options
  • Snacks and drinks available daily
