Wellington Water is seeking an Engineering Lead to oversee asset planning and provide technical support across the public water network. This hybrid role involves leading teams, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions while ensuring high-quality service standards. The successful candidate will enjoy a supportive environment and opportunities for personal and professional development.
This is a permanent position with a remuneration between $106,892 and $150,906 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
Our Three Engineering Lead roles are designed to provide expert asset planning, technical support, network investigations and project management across the public three waters network. You will also support Service Delivery and Maintenance teams to resolve complex customer service requests, engage with customer’s, manage the delivery of contracted work associated with drainage and water network operations or upgrade projects and will regularly be introducing innovative solutions.
