About the Role:

This is a pivotal contract opportunity to lead an end-to-end NetSuite implementation, starting with process analysis and culminating in a full rollout. The role demands strategic oversight, system configuration insight, and a clear understanding of business needs, with flexibility for part-time or full-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth process analysis to assess suitability using SuiteSuccess, Out of the Box vs. custom configuration.
2. Manage the full NetSuite ERP implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Liaise with stakeholders across multiple regions to define, communicate, and deliver rollout strategies.
4. Guide the business through change management and user adoption strategies.
5. Ensure governance and timely delivery of the programme across multiple countries.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience delivering full-cycle NetSuite implementations, especially using Manufacturing Edition and SuiteSuccess (OOB).
2. Strong decision-making ability around configuration versus out-of-the-box deployments.
3. Experience with NetSuite OneWorld is highly desirable.
4. Prior success managing multi-country ERP rollouts.
5. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
6. Strategic mindset with robust programme management capabilities.
7. Availability for either full-time or part-time contracting, with adaptability to project demands.
