Nurse Educator - Special Care Baby Unit across North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals is a permanent, full-time role with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora. The successful candidate will work across the SCBU, providing education and professional development for neonatal nursing across the Waitematā district.

You will be a registered nurse with drive, determination, and the ability to develop innovative education solutions to support growth and development of neonatal nursing in the SCBU setting.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current practice registration.
• Ability to deliver education across multiple sites.
• Proven commitment to neonatal nursing education and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCBU nurse education across North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals.
• Develop and implement neonatal education programs and resources.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff to enhance neonatal care.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Nursing and other leaders.
