As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU), working both independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to promote health, prevent disease, and diagnose, assess, and manage the health needs of neonates and their whānau. Ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, high‑value clinical care is paramount, as is utilising your advanced skills and knowledge to provide invaluable team support and demonstrate neonatal leadership.
