About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Operations Manager to lead Yoobee’s sales.

Reporting to the UP Education Head of Sales, and working closely with Yoobee’s ELT and SLT, this role has responsibility for managing Yoobee sales across the Technology, Creative, Film degrees. You will lead a team of Course Advisors, ensuring enrolment targets are met, funding consumption is managed effectively, and operational efficiency is maintained.

This is a pivotal leadership role within UP Education’s Domestic Sales Leadership Team, with a dotted line into Yoobee, offering you the chance to influence both strategic planning and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Course Advisors to achieve student enrolment targets.
  • Manage funding consumption to meet Mix of Provision allocations set by TEC and operational plans.
  • Accurately forecast consumption, growth, and seasonality to support strategic planning.
  • Develop a culture of efficiency by focusing on the core metrics driving sales performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Campus Managers.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
About You / Key Requirements

You are an accomplished sales leader with a strong background in sales operations, managing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets, preferably in the PE sector. You bring both a commercial mindset and operational discipline, with the ability to balance sales performance with compliance and funding requirements.

To be successful, you will bring
  • Strong senior level experience in sales operations, highly preferable from the education sector
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams to deliver growth and meet budgets.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to develop understanding of, TEC funding allocations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A track record of building collaborative cross-functional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a high-performance culture within a sales team.
