What You'll Do:
  • Build & Lead Relationships: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across New Zealand and internationally, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Deliver Impact: Engage with customers through tailored solutions, preparation of tailored tenders, dynamic presentations, and hands-on equipment demonstrations that showcase the value of our innovative products.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside internal teams to access the latest tools, training, and expertise, ensuring you have everything you need to deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and seize new opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving growth across our customer base.
  • Be the Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging customer needs, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for our clients and support our local dealer with IKA and ANZ account strategies.
What You'll Bring:
  • Ability to work full time 40 hours per week
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales position in the material handling industry
  • Prior experience with VNA or energy modelling solutions
  • Qualifications in sales and marketing is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of market specific trends and ability to utilise to drive business performance
  • Experience mentoring and supporting other team members
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to travel as needed
