About You

• Deep Automotive industry knowledge - you know the products, key fleet customers, competitors, and stay on top of trends and events
• Experienced in connecting with fleet customers and relevant government contacts
• Confident in both written and verbal communication
• Able to deliver compelling, polished presentations to stakeholders at all levels
• Tech-savvy - proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, proposals, and account tracking
• Highly skilled in delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term client satisfaction

Role Specifics

• Build strong relationships with new and existing fleet customers on a regular call cycle
• Manage accounts using the CRM and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for all fleet customers
• Coordinate and arrange vehicle demonstrations for fleet customers
• Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with the dealer network in driving increased fleet sales volume
• Communicate customer orders to the Fleet Administration team for timely processing and delivery
• Ensure timely preparation of essential reports
