We’re now on the hunt for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven National Enterprise & Government Partnerships Sales Lead to join the Noel Leeming Commercial team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the strategy and execution across key enterprise and government sectors - bringing together sales and marketing to drive revenue, profitability, and long-term customer value.

Job Description

Reporting into the GM – Commercial and working closely with the wider Commercial team, this pivotal leadership role will focus on driving commercial growth through smart sector engagement, go-to-market innovation, and strong team leadership.

You will:

  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports across Government, Insurance and Rewards, Partnerships and Wholesale and Export
  • Lead the development and execution of the national sector and partnerships strategy to grow commercial revenue and profit
  • Focus on large-scale, enterprise-level partnerships. This isn’t about small business transactions, but complex, strategic arrangements that drive long-term value
  • Build strong executive level relationships that support high level partnerships
  • Partner with the National Sales Lead and collaborate across the wider commercial sales, retail, and merchandise teams to deliver results
  • Work closely with Sector Leads and BDMs to create targeted go-to-market plans, including campaigns, events, and sector-specific promotions
  • Translate strategy into execution for the national field sales team, enabling sector growth through clear direction and support
  • Build and strengthen key commercial relationships, identifying new growth opportunities across enterprise and government sectors
  • Foster a collaborative and values-led team culture, with a focus on development, performance, and shared success

Your commercial acumen, strategic thinking, ability to execute and an intimate knowledge of the market and competitive offerings will be key to your success.

Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement, high performance and best practice. Your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar will be infectious.
