About this Position Take lead in driving sales growth, distribution, and profitability across key categories for Woolworths NZ, including Laundry, Laundry Additives, Toilet Care, and HSC.

What you´ll do

  • Lead the Woolworths NZ business to achieve net sales (NES) and gross profit (GP1) targets in categories such as Laundry,
  • Laundry Additives, Toilet Care, and HSC.
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with Woolworths NZ, aligned with Henkel’s goals for mutual growth.
  • Take a leadership role in Henkel NZ by engaging in planning processes and setting a positive example for leadership behaviors.
  • Build and manage an activity calendar with Woolworths NZ to exceed sales targets and increase brand exposure in-store.
  • Optimize trade promotion spending to drive sales growth while staying within budget parameters.
  • Manage national demand forecasts for Woolworths NZ, ensuring target levels are met at M-2 and M-0.
  • Leverage category data and collaborate with the customer marketing team to identify and create category sales opportunities.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring alignment between Henkel and Woolworths NZ teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Service).
