Job summary

Harvey Norman in Napier is seeking a customer-focused salesperson in the Computers and Communication department. The role offers a base wage plus uncapped commission and a typical earnings potential of up to $29+ per hour, with a full-time contract and a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, train on products, and actively promote sales while maintaining department presentation and handling POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communicator with customer focus
• Computer literate with basic numeracy
• Retail sales and POS system experience desirable

• Sell computer and communication products and services
• Use our point of sale and customer service system
• Maintain the presentation of the computer and communication department
• Undertake operational work such as assisting with stock takes
• Work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
