Mahurangi College is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative Teacher of Music to deliver our Year 9 and Year 10 music curriculum. This position is to commence at start of Term 1, 2027.

The successful candidate will be passionate about junior music education, bringing strength in practical classroom performance, basic music theory, and engaging young musicians. This position is for 7 to 9 hours per week (hours may be negotiable).

Itinerant Music Hours:Additional itinerant instrumental/vocal teaching hours may be available depending on applicant expertise and school demand. Please state your instrumental specialisms in your application.
