Qualifications

• Fully registered teacher, or eligible for registration, with current practising certificate.
• Skilled and enthusiastic practitioner in music, with ability to teach and extend students in performing arts.
• Track record of strong teaching and student achievement, or potential to develop one.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality co-curricular opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Teach music and performing arts across Years 9 to 13, including NCEA.
• Contribute to co-curricular programmes such as bands, choirs, ensembles, productions and performances.
• Build on a strong record of student performance and achievement.
• Support students at all levels, from discovering talent to high-level performance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, whānau and the wider community.
