Job summary

Parabhjot Holding Ltd. is recruiting two delivery drivers for Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. You must have a valid Class 1 or higher license and at least one year of delivery experience. Availability for 30–35 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 15:30; weekend work may be required.

Pay is NZD 26–30 per hour, with overtime at the same rate and fortnightly payments to a nominated bank account. Applicants from NZ citizens, residents or on open work visas are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience as a delivery driver.
• Class 1 or higher driving license.

Responsibilities

• Determine destinations and select most efficient routes.
• Drive, load/unload, and deliver parcels in a safe, timely manner.
• Assist with loading to ensure goods are secure for delivery.
• Verify loading documents and maintain delivery records.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and comply with health and safety rules.

Parabhjot Holding Ltd. is looking for two delivery drivers (ANZSCO: ) for Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand: New Zealand citizens, residents/permanent residents, or on an open work visa, who have a driving license equivalent to Class 1 or more, having one year's work experience as a delivery driver can apply only.

A one year relevant work experience is required.

Pay: $26-$30 per hour and 30-35 hours per week as required between 6 am to 12 pm and 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm subject to change as per requirements, with weekend availability.

Overtime is paid at $26-$30 per hour; wages will be paid fortnightly in the nominated bank account.

Duties :

• Determining the destinations of goods and most appropriate delivery routes:
• maneuvering vehicles into position for loading and unloading;
• pick up of parcels. posts and deliver parcels and posts, deliveries etc.
• assisting with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage;
• verifying loading documents;
• arranging and performing unloading operations and obtaining certification of deliveries;
• reporting vehicle maintenance needs;may receive payments for deliveries and arrange accounts.
• Report any accident to the management
• Comply with health and safety and follow traffic rules.
