Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking Commercial & Residential Cleaners to join a friendly team in Tauranga. The role covers general cleaning, deep cleaning, exterior soft washing, and maintaining high hygiene standards across multiple sites.

You will work 30–40 hours per week, with shifts across seven days. Full training will be provided, including health and safety, equipment operation, and soft washing techniques. Applicants must have a valid Class 1 license and be capable outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver license or international equivalent.
• Ability to work across multiple sites daily.
• Physically able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Clean windows and other areas as required.
• Clean motorhomes and other vehicles.
• Perform external soft washing of houses and exteriors.
• Operate soft washing equipment safely.
• Apply cleaning solutions to remove dirt and contaminants.
• Empty trash and restock supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Identify maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Follow company procedures at different sites.
