Job summary

Farmlands Tauranga and Te Puna are seeking a Multi-site Branch Manager to lead the two teams, build strong relationships with shareholders and customers, and drive store performance.

You will develop people, deliver an exceptional experience for the farming community across sheep and beef, dairy, horticulture and lifestyle farming, and be a visible presence on the shop floor. This is a senior retail leadership role with a Kiwi-owned brand and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, rural, agricultural or customer-facing environments.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of rural products and farming communities.
• Commercial acumen and ability to manage financial performance.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Comfort with using modern technology and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-site team.
• Build strong relationships with shareholders, customers and community.
• Deliver on KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, P&L and financial performance.
• Be a visible presence on the shop floor to support customers.
