Job summary

AMX is launching in New Zealand, offering a full-time Sales Assistant role in a fast-paced motorcycle accessories retail environment. You will help customers find what they need, provide product guidance and upsell where appropriate, while processing sales at the till.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused with retail or service experience, a passion for motorcycles, and strong communication skills. Training is provided; enthusiasm and team spirit are valued as we build a brand presence in NZ.

Qualifications

• Very customer focused role; previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Tell us in your application about interest in or passion for motorcycles and the industry.
• Full training will be provided on products; passion for motorcycles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide guidance around products.
• Upsell where possible and process sales at the till.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store stock.
• Be a cooperative, engaged team member and support a positive culture.
