We are seeking a motivated and driven Mortgage Adviser to join our team. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their short-term and long-term financial objectives. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are passionate about financial planning and building strong client relationships.

NB: This is a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.

Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance options, and estate planning.

Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' objectives and provide ongoing recommendations and adjustments.

Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and financial products to offer up-to-date and relevant advice.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.

To apply for this role ideally you will have:

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or similar role, with a successful track record in commission-based sales.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and build trust.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Mandarin speaking + any other language would be preferred
