Job summary

FIRST Security, part of the Wilson Group, is seeking a detail-focused Compliance Officer to join the Monitoring Centre team in Whakatane. The role involves auditing, data analysis and reporting to uphold high standards of compliance and performance.

You will generate compliance reports, monitor adherence to processes, and support continuous improvement while collaborating with the EMC Manager and team. Weekend work may be required and a proactive, accurate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong process-driven approach.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Macro experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Conducting compliance audits across Monitoring Centre processes and activities
• Generating, distributing and collating compliance reports
• Analysing data and monitoring compliance against agreed processes and tasks
• Measuring and reporting performance in line with Response Frameworks and internal SOPs
• Identifying issues and supporting continuous improvement
• Working closely with the team to ensure processes and standards are consistently followed
