Job summary

Entelar Group seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mobile infrastructure projects, partnering with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, time and budget alignment across site-level deployments from concept to handover.

You will manage dependencies, assess risks, and maintain strong relationships with design teams, site crews, and subcontractors while upholding quality and regulatory standards across New Zealand sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across formats; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Growth mindset; willing to learn from challenges.
• Team player with collaboration and cooperation focus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and general IT.
• Sound mobile infrastructure knowledge including RF, drawings and equipment.
• PM training qualifications: PMI, Prince2, NZQA level 4.
• 3-5 years' experience in similar project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Own Health and Safety on site and for project teams.
• Lead delivery of mobile infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and deviations per EGL framework.
• Ensure timely work packs and site documents to crews.
• Oversee end-to-end mobile site delivery.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain site budget and cost control.
• Enforce QA and compliance with local authorities.
• Regular site visits and reporting on progress and issues.
• Ad hoc projects and requests from line manager.
