About the job

Are you passionate about transforming lives through better hearing?

As an Audiologist at Triton Hearing, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact—guiding clients on their hearing journey with expert care, cutting-edge technology, and a service-first approach.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and teleaudiology services.
• Identify, diagnose, and treat individuals with auditory and vestibular impairments.
• Fit and fine-tune hearing aids, ensuring clients feel confident and supported.
• Educate and counsel clients on tinnitus management, hearing aid use, and follow-up care.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with clients by offering expert guidance on hearing solutions tailored to their needs.

Enjoy a role with flexibility—spending part of your week Wellington-based and the rest travelling to support clients across the Central regional area.

About you

You’re an experienced and client-focused audiologist who thrives on delivering outstanding results.

You bring:

• MNZAS certification (or an overseas Master’s degree in Audiology).
• Exceptional communication skills where you can demonstrate how you make complex hearing care simple and reassuring for clients.
• A consultative mindset in how you guide clients toward the best hearing solutions with confidence and care.
• Experience using a client management system to track and deliver high-quality care.
• A proactive approach to professional growth, always striving to refine your expertise.
