We are on the lookout for a dynamic Fulfilment Manager to join our team. This full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, reports to Store Management and leads a dedicated team. What You Can Expect in This Role

• Leading, motivating, and growing a strong team culture that reflects our company values.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures, including Health & Safety guidelines.
• Supervising and coaching team members, building trust and respect within your team.
• Ensuring the correct location of products to maintain accuracy within the business.
• Communicating issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the leadership team with urgency.
• Helping your team excel through coaching, training, performance management, recruitment, and workflow management.
• Managing issues as they arise, escalating them as appropriate, and maintaining open communication channels.
• Utilising internal systems for PGS (Perform, Grow, Succeed), completing 1:1 check-ins every six months, and setting goals for your team.
• Working collaboratively within your team and across other departments.
• Having knowledge of the products we sell across retail departments.
• Effectively planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks and goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in fulfilment or merchandising within a leadership role.
• Expertise in inventory management, time optimisation, and strategic planning.
• Full driver's license is required.
• Forklift license preferred, as the role involves forklift work.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
