Are you an experienced Welder looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Welder to join a busy steel manufacturing company based in Henderson. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for welding steel components and assemblies to specification, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Working as part of a production team, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly and ensure work is completed within required timeframes.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00pm start
• Finish between 4:00am and 6:00am, depending on the day and workload

Key Responsibilities

• Welding steel components and assemblies to specification
• Using appropriate welding techniques and equipment
• Preparing materials and joints prior to welding
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and measurements
• Inspecting welds to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency
• Identifying and rectifying welding defects where required
• Maintaining welding equipment and a clean, safe work area
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
