Job summary

George Weston Foods (Tip Top Bakeries) seeks an sociable Merchandiser to visit stores across Te Awamutu, restock products and promote the range while building strong relationships with buyers.

The role is part-time with a minimum 22 hours per week, including Monday and Thursday 5:30AM–3:30PM. Valid NZ driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required, with training and discounts offered.

Qualifications

• A valid NZ Driver's License.
• A reliable, registered and regularly serviced vehicle.
• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Attention to detail to keep displays looking their best.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Physically fit—able to lift approx. 15 kg crates frequently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stores are merchandised with our brands, including promotional, POS and displays.
• Maintain high quality standards of products in-store and build relationships with in-store buyers.

As a GWF (Tip Top Bakeries) Merchandiser, you will complete daily visits to our customers across various stores, where you will restock our product and promote our range, whilst building and maintaining excellent working relationships

• Location: Te Awamutu
• Shift: Mondayand Thursday from 5:30AM to 3:30PM
• Hours of work: Minimum 22 hours work per week

What You'll Do:

• Ensure stores are Merchandised with our brands including any promotional, point of sale and displays
• Maintain the highest quality standards of quality of products instoreBuild relationships with instore buyers

What We're Looking For:

• A valid NZ Driver's License
• A reliable, registered and regularly serviced vehicle
• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Attention to detail to keep displays looking their best
• Dependable and punctual
• Physically fit- comfortable to lift approximately 15 kgs crates above your head height, frequently, throughout the day.
