Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual team member to support Woolworths Te Aroha. You will build and maintain store relationships, install POS, and conduct audits and quality checks to support major FMCG brands.

Hours are up to 8 per week with shifts including SUN after 12pm and MON before 2pm; revisits may be needed midweek, and hours are allocated in advance. The role is physical and repetitive but offers a fair hourly rate and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or supermarket experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.
• Physical and repetitive nature of the role is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality relationships in stores.
• Install Point of Sale systems and signage.
• Conduct audits, compliance and quality checks.
• Submit tasks and photo evidence daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and client brands professionally.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

Located within Johnsonville you will be responsible for maintaining and building store relationships in Woolworths on an ongoing casual basis, helping BIG support major FMCG Brands.

About The Role

Up to 8 hours per week

Woolworths Te Aroha

Customers include: Unilever, Cartology, L'Oreal & Magnum (but not limited to)

SUN - After 12pm (anytime)

MON - Before 2pm (Tasks MUST be completed before 2pm)

• Must be available WED or THURS for revisits when required
• Hours are dependent on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will need:

• Retail and or supermarket experience is highly desirable but not necessary
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
