Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a reliable Merchandiser to join our Tauranga team for ongoing casual hours. The role involves visiting Woolworths Bayfair, Pak’nSave Tauriko and L’Oréal assignments, with tasks that are physical and repetitive.

Build strong store relationships, install POS, and perform quality checks while submitting daily photos via mobile. The position offers up to 8 hours per week with occasional extra shifts, a casual ongoing arrangement, and full training by the

Qualifications

• Retail or supermarket exposure is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
• Physically active and able to perform repetitive tasks.

• Conduct audits and quality checks for compliance.

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field marketing organisation with a mobile workforce community which is over 2,500 strong across Australia and NZ.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Tauranga.

Stores:

Woolworths Bayfair & Pak’nSave Tauriko

Hours:

Approx. Up to 8 hours per week, with additional work available from time to time.

Woolworths Bayfair

• Sunday - anytime after 12pm
• Monday - tasks must be completed by 2pm

Pak’nSave Tauriko

• 1st visit Sunday OR Monday
• 2nd visit Wednesday OR Thursday

L’Oréal - Pak’nSave Tauriko

• 1 × 60-minute weekly call
• Must be completed Sunday night from 8pm or before 9am Monday morning

This is an ongoing casual position, with the opportunity for additional merchandising work from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining quality relationships in stores
• Installing Point of Sale
• Auditing, compliance and quality checks
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Successful candidate will need:

• Retail and or supermarket experience is highly desirable but not necessary
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
