Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Auckland is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our premier dealership team. You will diagnose, service, and repair luxury vehicles, ensuring adherence to brand specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician with relevant certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in dealerships or franchises.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, services and repairs.
• Execute repair work and maintenance per dealership and brand specifications; follow checklists and quality control.
• Conduct test drives after repairs to ensure performance.
• Maintain high productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in mandatory factory training sessions.
