About the role | Ko te mahi nei
  • This role leads our Membership Administrator team across multiple facilities in responding to customer enquiries via a number of inboxes, delivering a high-quality customer experience, driving ongoing participation and retention of our members and customers
  • You will be responsible for leading your team to achieve their goals in the administration of membership processes, enrolments, financials and retention strategies whilst working hand in hand with the Customer Experience team
  • You will be the escalation point for the team, managing customer complaints and conflict in a fair and respectful manner, in line with our Terms and Conditions
About you | Ko Koe Tēnei
  • You will have proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills and be a quick learner able to pick up complex information and systems
  • You will have the ability to train and share your knowledge of our programmes, services, and events.
  • You must have a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service and a strong focus on end-to-end process improvement
  • A current, full New Zealand driver licence is required
  • Have experience with Perfect Gym system administration and finance functions
  • Certificate in Adult Learning/Teaching is desirable

  • Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Position: Permanent, full-time
  • Location: Base location to be agreed. Travel across network facilities will be required (Pioneer, Graham Condon, Te Pou Toetoe Linwod, Jellie Park, Taiora QEII, Matatiki Hornby, and Parakiore)
  • Salary: The salary range for this role is $81,227 - $90,252 per annum, based on a 40-hour week.
  • This role reports to the Customer Experience Centres Manager.
