Job summary

Cambridge Family Health in Waikato is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist (0.6 FTE) to join our team. You will deliver friendly, efficient front-desk service in a fast-paced primary care setting, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and patient flow.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask under pressure, and preferably experience with the Indici system.

Qualifications

• Be eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Be able to work flexible hours (8am–8pm).
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Possess multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Indici experience is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Reception or busy customer service environment is preferred.
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a variable workflow and build rapport with team.

About the position

We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist (0.6 FTE) to join our team.

This role requires an experienced, competent and motivated individual who is customer service focused and able to respond efficiently to our client’s needs.

You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail.

To be successful you must
