Job summary

The Media Lab, Wellington's independent media planning and buying agency, is seeking a driven marketing professional who has recently graduated or has about a year in the field. You will work on media plans across clients and learn to integrate AI into campaigns.

You'll collaborate with our team to develop digital-centric campaigns, track results with our in-house AI systems, and apply critical thinking to optimise performance. A supportive, flexible, staff-driven workplace awaits in Wellington.

Qualifications

• You will have recently graduated or have been in the marketing workforce for a year or so.
• You’ll enjoy the numbers and tech side of the advertising business.
• You’ll be a problem solver, with initiative and a can do attitude.
• And a passion for marketing and smart integration of AI.

Responsibilities

• Media planning and buying across a range of clients, supported by the wider Media Lab team.
• You’ll develop marketing and media plans, with mentorship from your Business Manager.
• Execution and management of digital centric campaigns on a range of platforms and through AI.
• Reporting results utilising our in house AI systems, adding your own critical thinking and analysis.

We are Wellington's largest independent Media Planning & Buying agency. We work with a range of clients of all sizes (and often their creative partners) to deliver great campaigns and marketing programmes. Qualifications & experience
