About Rotation Group
The best time to join a company is just before everyone else realises they should have. The AI boom has turned electricity into the defining constraint of the digital economy, and the aeroderivative gas turbine — led by GE’s LM2500 — has become the engine of choice for fast, reliable power. Demand is running years ahead of what the industry can build, and every engine in service needs a specialist to keep it running.
We’ve spent years building for exactly this moment: three specialised sites, a purpose‑built overhaul depot, a technical centre of excellence, and a team drawn from the world’s leading OEMs and operators. Now we’re scaling — and growing our team to match the opportunity ahead. The seats we’re filling now will define the company for the next decade.
We offer a competitive compensation package, along with continuous professional development and leadership advancement.
