Job description

Our client is a well-established company who have been around since the 1980s. They are one of New Zealand's leading providers of RVs for rent and sale across NZ and Australia.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanic to join a Christchurch-based team maintaining a fleet of RVs. You’ll work 3pm-12am, 5 days a week on a rotating schedule, in a modern workshop with a supportive crew. Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance, ensuring high standards of safety and reliability. This is a fixed-term role until the end of March, but could extend into a permanent role.

Benefits

• $35-$38 per hour
• Time and a quarter for any hours between 40 and 45
• Time and a half for hours over 45 per week

About You

• NZQA Level 4 Mechanical Qualification
• must have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
