Job summary

MECCA Brands in Dunedin is seeking hosts to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build authentic connections, and represent MECCA’s hero beauty brands on the shop floor.

You will join a team focused on safety, daily operations, and continuous learning through MECCA’s education programs, with casual and permanent opportunities and generous staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
• Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
• Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way

• Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA’S customer service standards
• Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA’S hero brands and products
• Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store
• Always upholding the MECCA values
