Day-to-day responsibilities / Ngā kawenga o ia rā:

1. Providing makeup application services for customers, from full glam to natural looks.
2. Becoming the in-store expert on all things makeup; assisting customers in finding the best products and ensuring they leave feeling MECCA-mazing!
3. Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.

What success looks like in this role / Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga:

1. Proven experience in professional makeup application and the ability to manage back-to-back appointments within strict timings during peak hours.
2. Confidence in delivering trending looks such as winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and bold red lips.
3. Ability to create memorable moments that help customers feel amazing in their own skin.
4. Capability to coach peers and demonstrate makeup expertise to grow the makeup category.
5. An inclusive, team-oriented attitude with a positive, can-do approach.

If you have not previously worked for MECCA, the first 90 days will be a trial period.
