Job summary

Wellington Girls' College invites applications for a Mathematics teacher from January 2027. The position may be full-time or part-time (.5FTTE) depending on the outcome of another HOD mathematics role currently advertised. This vacancy is suitable for a beginning teacher.

Depending on the outcome of our HOD mathematics role currently advertised in the Education Gazette, we will have a vacancy for a full-time or part time (.5FTTE) mathematics teacher. There is only one position. Would suit a beginning teacher.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $64,000 to $107,000, depending on applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
