Job summary

Karamu High School in Hastings, North Island, invites applications for a passionate Mathematics teacher capable of teaching Senior Mathematics to Years 7–15 / wharekura. We require a passionate, innovative teacher of Mathematics (able to teach Senior Mathematics) to join our well-resourced Mathematics faculty. Applicants must be NZ registered teachers, familiar with the NZ Curriculum.

A successful candidate will show a commitment to:

• collaborative teaching and learning
• a strong connection with ākonga and whānau
• honoring our obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

All members of our teaching staff are also mentor teachers who support a group of students in their well-being and learning pathway.
