Job summary

FORVIA HELLA in Auckland is seeking a reliable Materials Handler to support the Production Moulding team. You will prepare, dry, blend and store plastics materials, ensuring correct materials reach injection moulding machines and that traceability is maintained.

This hands-on role requires 2+ years in plastics materials handling, SAP experience, and valid forklift and Wave licences. Shifts include afternoons 4:20 pm–12:50 am or graveyard 9:00 pm–7:00 am, 40 hours weekly, with focus on safety and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plastics materials handling experience.
• Experience using SAP or a similar production management system.
• Forklift license or certification.
• Ability to work afternoon or graveyard shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dry and blend plastics per production instructions.
• Supply correct materials to injection moulding machines.
• Maintain material traceability and stock rotation.
• Operate dryers, mixers, loaders and grinders safely.
• Support recycling and waste reduction efforts.
