About The Role

We're looking for a Marketplace Lead to manage and grow our marketplace channel across Briscoes and Rebel Sport. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Support Office. You\'ll lead a small team and work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and platform partners to deliver a seamless experience for customers. From onboarding and product setup to fulfilment and performance reporting, you\'ll be at the centre of our marketplace operations. If you\'re a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a background in ecommerce, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

What You\'ll Be Responsible For

• Leading day-to-day marketplace operations and a small team.
• Providing coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work and performance.
• Driving supplier onboarding, product setup, and launch processes.
• Managing product content quality, including imagery and taxonomy.
• Collaborating with internal teams (eCommerce, IT, Logistics, Contact Centre) to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Monitoring performance and providing insights to support growth.
• Identifying and implementing platform enhancements and emerging technologies.
• Ensuring fulfilment accuracy and resolving escalations quickly.

What You\'ll Bring

• 5+ years in ecommerce, ideally with marketplace experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and project management capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
• SAP and account management experience is a plus.
