Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Wellington-based team for a 12-month fixed term to cover parental leave.

This role will be working with our Tourism and Consumer Products teams, and will be responsible for:

  • Leading strategic marketing for these divisions, delivering our annual marketing plan
  • Overseeing campaign execution across all channels, ensuring data-driven, brand aligned and performance-focused marketing activity
  • Managing budgets and reporting ensuring ROI is front of mind
  • Leading and coaching our marketing team, fostering growth and development
  • Building partnerships and maintaining our key relationships with stakeholders

Our ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with the leadership, communication and relationship skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.

It’s a get-your-hands dirty role so you’ll be as comfortable shaping the big-picture as you are dealing with the day-to-day requirements.

You’ll also have the ability to quickly adapt to, and adopt, our process as we launch into a busy year ahead.

We are a unique workplace, with the chance to be involved in projects and pieces of work that you just won’t find anywhere else.

You’ll be working with a small, collaborative and supportive Marketing, Communications and Media Production team who are passionate about what they do and the industry they’re working in.

We can also offer flexibility and we’re open to a four-day week for this role.

Additional Information

Our Tourism team operates attractions in Wellington and Auckland, providing visitors with an immersive experience into the artistry and creativity that happens within our workshop daily. Our Consumer Products crew create collectibles that are made by fans, for fans.

We’re looking to start someone by early December.
