Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As the Marketing Manager, you'll be tasked with being the driving force behind brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and team leadership. You'll also oversee all aspects of marketing across the business and its sub-brands, ensuring that marketing is clear, concise and most importantly, impactful. The role will be really varied and will include the following:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for ANZ
  • Promote the brand across all channels
  • Lead and mentor a talented marketing team
  • Manage digital marketing, advertising, events, and activations
  • Oversee website content, catalogues, and promotional materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage budgets and report on campaign performance
  • Maintain marketing systems (CRM, PIM, DAM) and workflows

  • Ideally 5+ years' experience in marketing
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation
