Job summary

RWA People in Christchurch, NZ is seeking an hands-on BI Analyst to bridge marketing and data. You’ll design Power BI dashboards, write SQL, and create data models across marketing platforms to answer business questions with clear recommendations.

You’ll partner with marketing to turn questions into analyses, segment customers, track funnel metrics, and tell stories with data for non-technical audiences. Hybrid work and strong growth potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
• Commercial experience in BI, data analytics or marketing analytics.
• Solid understanding of marketing campaigns, segmentation, attribution and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building Power BI dashboards and reports for a self-serve marketing view.
• Writing SQL and developing data models from multiple marketing platforms.
• Measuring campaign performance across channels and identifying drivers of results.
• Building customer segmentation to understand behaviour, value and preferences.
• Analysing the customer journey to optimise the marketing funnel.
