What you’ll do

Responsibilities
  • Help deliver our Fresh and Woolworths Own Brand marketing roadmap. Improve customer perceptions of quality and sales penetration. Be a team player and contribute to the success of our space.
  • Liaise with agencies and wider teams to coordinate communication, reports, images, copy, creative and media for marketing activity.
  • Work collaboratively across the wider business and learn your craft within a high-performing team of marketing experts.
  • Provide administrative and community management support where needed.

  • Proven similar experience in a Marketing role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, or other business related qualification.

  • Fast learner, curious nature. Keen to understand customer behaviour to drive action.
  • Exceptional collaboration, influencing and communication skills. Asks questions to explore issues, needs, and goals of others and checks for understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills, with particular focus on customer and business metrics, an ability to understand trends, question hypotheses and demonstrate ability to consider data in a decision making process.
