What will you be doing?

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life and help shape the KiwiPlates brand. You’ll be involved in all aspects of our marketing activity – from content creation to campaign analysis – gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing functions in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that build awareness, consideration, and revenue for KiwiPlates.

Deliver day-to-day campaign activity including EDM creation, organic social media management, and lead generation initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch new products, manage marketing plans, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Contribute to social media content creation, email marketing campaigns, and the exploration of new ideas to grow our digital presence.

Provide post-campaign analysis and support continuous improvement through data-led insights and refinement.

What are we looking for?

At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with a proven track record in campaign delivery and digital content creation.

Comfortable managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and familiar with tools like Marketing Cloud, Canva, Figma, and Salesforce CRM.

A natural multi-tasker with excellent communication, planning and collaboration skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Bonus points for experience working with creative or media agencies, and/or holding tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
