We’re seeking a Market Leader – Treatment to drive the growth, delivery, and reputation of Stantec’s treatment services across Aotearoa. As a senior member of the New Zealand Water Leadership Team, you’ll lead our national Treatment community, work closely with clients and global counterparts, and champion innovation and technical excellence.

What you’ll do

• Represent Stantec’s water and wastewater treatment expertise to key clients and industry partners.
• Lead the growth and visibility of our treatment services and support winning major projects.
• Provide strategic direction based on emerging trends like new treatment technologies, energy recovery, and climate resilience.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Australia, the UK, and the US to align global best practices.
• Deliver and oversee complex treatment projects (while maintaining direct project time).
• Mentor and lead a passionate team of treatment professionals throughout New Zealand.
