Communities are fundamental. Whether around the corner or across the globe, they provide a foundation, a sense of place and of belonging. That’s why at Stantec, we always design with community in mind.
The water industry is evolving rapidly, but more complexity doesn’t always mean better outcomes. That’s why our mission is clear: to make wastewater treatment simpler, adaptive, future-ready, and operator-informed. We strip away unnecessary complexity, design systems that evolve with change, and focus on solutions that are resilient, usable, and built to last. It’s not about building more — it’s about building smarter, with clarity, consistency, and impact.
We’re seeking a Market Leader – Treatment to drive the growth, delivery, and reputation of Stantec’s treatment services across Aotearoa. As a senior member of the New Zealand Water Leadership Team, you’ll lead our national Treatment community, work closely with clients and global counterparts, and champion innovation and technical excellence.
What You’ll Bring
The Stantec community unites approximately 34,000 employees working in over 450 locations across six continents. We collaborate across disciplines and industries to bring water, transport and infrastructure projects to life. Our work from initial project concept and planning through design, construction and commissioning is built on a nearly 200-year history. So, when we take on a project, we see the opportunity to make a lasting connection with the people and places where we live and work.
