Job summary

Comfortech Building Performance Solutions, home of iconic brands including Pink Batts, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Penrose operation. You will drive safety, reliability and efficiency across production, maintenance, engineering and logistics, while delivering targets and shaping strategy with the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing teams in a complex operation.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and risk management.
• Able to coach and develop senior frontline leaders.
• Experience across production, maintenance, engineering and logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Pink Batts manufacturing operation at Penrose.
• Drive safety culture and SHE performance site-wide.
• Deliver production, quality, service and cost targets.
• Lead and develop teams across manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and logistics.
• Manage site budgets, asset reliability and operational risk.
• Engage with unions, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to senior leadership and shape operational strategy.
